This Daily live yoga classes cover a comprehensive range of yoga sequences designed to promote overall wellness and improve both mental and physical health. For specific conditions, such as fat burn or PCOD, we offer separate programs tailored to address those concerns
Unfortunately, recordings are unavailable for Daily Live Yoga Sessions. Because Our classes are conducted live to provide personalized corrections.
Yes, All Inner Circle Sessions recording are available in you my website, you an access recording in your account dashboard
After making payment, sign up for an account using your email and password.
Look out for the class joining link in your email inbox. Click on the link to access the live session.
Make sure to install the Zoom app on your device and log in with your credentials.
Ensure your laptop/mobile camera is on and positioned correctly, allowing Manjula to view your entire body during the session.
For optimal audio quality, consider using earphones to listen to Manjula's instructions clearly.
Join the live session at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start time to set up your camera properly and receive guidance if needed.
